At Edgy Visions, every item is made to order especially for you. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality art-driven products while minimizing waste.

Processing Times

• Made-to-order items (apparel, mugs, tumblers, posters, hoodies, etc.): 2–7 business days to print and prepare for shipping.
• Original paintings: Ships within 1–5 business days (depending on framing/packaging needs).

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Costs (USA)

We ship from Printful’s production facilities across the United States for the fastest delivery possible.

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout (faster options vary by product)

Free Shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States (continental U.S.). Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate (calculated at checkout).

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. Delivery times are typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

Important Notes

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand.
• All shipping addresses must be accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve it.
