Refund policy

At Edgy Visions, we take pride in every piece — whether it’s an original painting, a fine art print, or merchandise inspired by The Art of the Double Take.

Made-to-Order Items (Apparel, Mugs, Tumblers, Posters, etc.): Because every item is custom-printed especially for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

We happily accept returns or offer replacements only in these cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item has a misprint or production error

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with you (and Printful) to arrange a replacement or refund.

Original Art & Paintings: All original works are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective (in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label where possible).
